We sell wholesale to the trade only. If you are a retailer and have interest in our products, please review our store policy outlined below and submit all required information.
The prices shown on the BestWholesaleLingerie.com are wholesale prices in US Dollar. Wholesale customers must purchase minimums of a style in order to obtain the wholesale prices reflected in our shopping carts.

Terms & Conditions
- Minimum order requirement is US$150 per order. Most items are packed in 6 or 12 piece pre-packs (assorted colors or assorted sizes as indicated). We do not break packages. Any exceptions must be authorized by a sales representative. A Special handling fee may be incurred.
- Valid "Sales & Use Tax ID" is required for customers in California to order. Please fax it to us at 1-661-291-2456.
- All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. 
- Sample package is available to new customers. To order sample packages, please download "Sample Order Form" at the bottom of this page, fill out the required information and fax to 1-661-291-2456.

Payments
We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express), Money Order/Cashiers Check, PayPal and Wire Transfers. For United States customers, business checks accepted and will be processed and cleared prior to shipping. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) without exception.

Shipping and Handling
We usually ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items after order is placed. Back ordered items may be shipped separately without extra shipping charge. All prices are net FOB Valencia, California and do not include shipping. Shipping is added onto each invoice. We ship to the United States and other countries. Please note your orders will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) within the United States. For faster expediting, orders can be Overnight or 2-Day Air for an extra charge. Indicate on order if you want this change, otherwise we will ship best way or via common freight carrier, or per your routing instructions. Freight charges are based on the weight of the packages for shipments and international freight charges are based on weight and size.
Local duties and taxes are customers' responsibility. Please check with your local customs regarding regulations of importing goods.

Returns
All sales are final, no guaranteed sales, no returns or exchanges unless merchandise is found defective. Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Approved returns will be issued credit for future purchase only. We do not send checks. Absolutely no returns without prior written authorization. For any shipment sent back to us for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus freight cost incurred. This decision is determined by BestWholesaleLingerie.com on an individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. Cancellations
Merchandise not in stock will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise authorized.
Cancellations or changes made by customers 24 hours after order has been received are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
